Therapists need support too! This isn't supervision. It's not individual counseling. It's just a support group for a group of people who have done a lot for their communities, and now could use a little support, understanding, community, camaraderie, acknowledging, process, resources, etcetera etcetera. It's for you, it's your group.
Also. Fully aware that you have worked hard, and so this group isn't really meant to be hard, or easy, or work. Take what you need, give what you like, and know that it can be as casual as you'd like it to be. Be held in the natural healing current of others who churn the water already, who churn, who have slain dragons, and are just takin' a little end of the week positive vibes break.
Rolling admissions. Via Zoom. Fridays 2pm to 4pm.
Join this group by emailing me and requesting the forms and Zoom link. Still fill out easy to do consent forms, but feel no need to be a part of the group forever, just visit, put your toe in and test the water. No pressure. Invisible visitor badge style. Feel free to offer a modest, generous, theoretical donation via Venmo, but know you're not obliged or tethered or expected to give anything. You've already given. We see you, respect you, and feel you.
Go all in. Provide your consent forms and join us weekly for that soulful sip of online coffee and laughter being part of a community that knows like no other. Feel the sun on your skin in your living room, local park, place of wellness, and enjoy Zoom and camaraderie building, understand some people who are different but have your same title, work in your same field, and keep your tenderness tended by others who wield the sacred fire.

Expect possible silliness from or stillness with this guy, with the occasional possible tender alertness to your special brand of genius, essence, awareness, awakening and being. Simple acceptance. Here's a mental jolly rancher for you in advance. (#)
